Martin Osinsky

AMC's President, Martin Osinski, has been a leader in the health care field for over nineteen years. He is currently a principal of American Medical Consultants, a national healthcare consulting firm specializing in medical staff issues. His leadership role in physician recruitment also includes serving as the 1991-1992 President of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR). Mr. Osinski is a past member of the association's Ethics Committee and board, and he has been a frequent speaker at NAPR conventions and other meetings. He also served as the liaison between the NAPR and the American Medical Association, the American Hospital Association, and Medical Group Management Association for five years. The NAPR honored him with the Presidential Award for his outstanding contributions.

Prior to forming AMC, he was President of National Health Search, Inc., a contingency physician-recruiting firm. For six years, he had the dual responsibility of Chief Operating Officer for a large retained search firm in addition to overseeing National Health Search. In that capacity, he had overall responsibility for the company's recruiting, research and accounting functions. He was also involved in the development of an interactive telephone job placement service marketed in cooperation with the New England Journal of Medicine.

Mr. Osinski has been nationally recognized for his expertise in physician recruitment. He has been featured in Medical Group Management Journal, Nephrology News & Issues, Unique Opportunities, Minnesota Physician, Journal of the American Medical Association, Medical Economics, Healthplan, and has been interviewed in the National Business Employment Weekly. In addition, Mr. Osinski conducts presentations on job search methods to residency programs throughout the country.

Mr. Osinski was selected for Who's Who in U.S. Executives, Who's Who in the Southeast, and Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare. He served on the Blueprint 2000 committee for Miami-Dade County Public Schools and is involved in various other community activities.

He earned both his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, and Master's degrees in business administration from the University of Miami. While in college, Mr. Osinski received the Iron Arrow Award, the highest honor attained at the University. He also was a member of Who's Who in American Universities, and Omicron Delta Kappa.
